      Pros

      I have never met an owner so involved with his co-workers. He is extremely humble and always doing events to keep up employee morale. Everyone works well as a team very eager to share information and help each other grow. The work you do is appreciated and there isn't a closed door policy all are open when needed. It is a great feeling to come to work!

      I feel some communication may get lost. It is hard being a growing company and get information to everyone!

      Thank you for your feedback. You have voiced a common concern. While not officially a newsletter yet, we started posting and/or discussing "Hawk Happenings" last week. We are hopeful that this step will keep everyone feeling more connected. It is our intention to publish updates each month as you have suggested.       Having a solid crew made working there amazing. Took care of meals as well as lodging.
