Never-ending promises that never materialise - office moves, offices in other countries, new computers/equipment for staff, acquiring other companies.
Incompetent staff are kept on despite repeated failure. Some teams show no interest in improving or learning. This has a massive impact on company performance, team cooperation and individual motivation.
