The company is in an exciting growth phase, transitioning from a small organization to a midsize company, which brings opportunity for impact and development. Leadership has expanded significantly over the past two years, bringing in talented, innovative individuals who are focused on building stronger teams and departments.
Culture is clearly a priority. A cross-functional culture committee was recently formed with representation from every department, and the company is implementing an employee recognition platform to better celebrate contributions and wins. It’s motivating to see intentional investment in people and workplace experience.
Kontras
The transition from a small to midsize company naturally comes with some growing pains. Change management is still a work in progress, and there can be pockets of resistance as teams adjust to new structures and expectations.
Senior leadership is focused on strategy and innovation, though they can sometimes feel difficult to read. Continued efforts around transparency and approachability would help bridge that gap.
