Great work-life balance. Some nice people who are working really hard.

Best people are leaving. They preach that they want innovative creative, but it’s all for show. Pitch process is terrible and usually fosters lackluster creative, leading to few wins. A lot of tired, old big fish is small pond, who couldn’t hack it elsewhere. They reward people who play the social game, but not those actually doing the work. No opportunity for growth: unless a lot of people quit and you get a title bump out of convenience.
