Good pay and smart employees

The operation leaders (Johannes + Oliver) have NO Amazon experience and display poor leadership. The company is having cash flow challenges. Indicators include not paying vendors, no bonuses and a huge liquidation sales to get money back from slow selling products. The CEO is very talented at raising capital but lacks ability to grow a probability business.

Pros

It was clear what was expected from you and all the tools were provided to do a great job. Culture and the employees were great.

It was a start up, so many things were changing every few weeks. Comes with the territory though!
