You are probably gonna get some freebies (Razer products) once in a while.

Unprofessional Management You are likely going to hear vulgarity during global team meeting, project meetings and basically any time of the day. The global team meeting happens once in a quarter and the purpose is to condemn the teams which are not performing. Other than that, no strategic plan is proposed, and no constructive suggestion is put forward by the management to address the issue. Uninspiring leadership Hire and fire is what they do. To the management, the actual problem is never deemed as the problem, whoever is on it, he/she is the problem in the eyes of the management. So in order to resolve the issue, they simply get rid of the people and put somebody else on it. So it's very common to see multiple people getting fired for one single project. Zero training; no emphasis on employee development I agree that the employees should know what to do on their first day (at least the basic stuff). But there will be no training provided to educate/develop the employees into a better person , there's no internal course that you can sign up, there's no knowledge to share. Some people have been working there for years and haven't even gone for one single training course. The HR is seriously doing a very poor job in this area. You learn nothing other than what you do. If you are looking for skill development, go somewhere else. Do not believe in what the press told you about the company You have probably seen/read on some magazine that razer is an awesome workplace for gamers. The articles will probably tell you that employees are encouraged to gather around at the gaming area during work hours to play for a few rounds. Believe me, these are not true. The gaming area can be occupied only at lunch hour. If you dare to touch those computers during work hours, your superior is likely to have a few words with you. Those photos they showed in the magazine, they are staged (or taken during lunch hour). Those who think that Razer is a good workplace (yes, surprisingly, there are employees who think that Razer is an awesome workplace), have probably never worked with a better company before. My advice to you (if you are reading this), don't consider stepping into this dead end job. Stay away from this company, it's going nowhere with this kind of management.

Amazing company with very passionate and smart staff. Everyone works as a team twoards similar goals.

Kontras

The work environment can be stressful. The culture and time difference with Singapore is something you need to get used to, but it doesn't take long to get accustomed to it,

Fun environment when customers are around.

Pressure which causes tension at work, poor communication skills, easily offended egos, ultra-strict clock-in rules but slow clock-in software.
