Pros
The people were the best part of working at Rawnet. I learned a huge amount from a talented and supportive team, and there were plenty of opportunities to develop professionally. The office was lovely and made for a great working environment.

Unfortunately, there was a constant feeling of uncertainty. Throughout my time at the company, people were regularly being made redundant or quietly let go, despite company meetings often reassuring staff that things were going well. Seeing colleagues disappear one by one made it difficult to feel secure. Eventually, I was made redundant too, which was particularly disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed working with my team. While my experience with colleagues was excellent, it felt as though the company was struggling and undergoing continuous restructuring.
