Pros
Work from home. Work your own hours (depends on the availability of work). You do learn a lot of random, interesting things, due to the nature of the work. Nice supplemental income, if you can tolerate the downside.
Kontras
No full time, you may not work more than 26 hours/wk (designed to keep them from having to pay benefits). You can not fully depend on this job as a reliable source of income. Work can be non-existant at times, making it difficult to get your hours in. Work can be tedious and repetative. There is often an atmosphere of fear. Reviews are monthly and your hours can be cut with no warning, for a poor review. Your account can be locked at any time with no warning, if a task you did fails one of their metrics reviews, which means you are basically suspended without pay until they find the time to do a manual review. Communication is poor, no phone contact and difficult to get email response.
