It was hard sometimes to coordinate across the company since everyone was so focused on their own areas. The amount of uncertainty in the future made it difficult to develop and pursue certain kinds of long-term objectives.

Management could be better supportive of people's career ambitions. It seems like they don't do a whole lot in that regard. And sometimes it's very difficult to get their attention.
