Loved the job and the people. Pay was decent.

Steady work.. Overtime.. Decent pay after a few years.. Solid vacation package.. We get a ham at Christmas

Lay offs every year.. Always short staffed.. no lunch break.. only off on Sundays.. High benefits.. Took away our yearly bonus.. Took away our "weekly" production bonus.. Took away one of our federal holidays.. HR is a revolving door.. 4 plant managers in 4 years
