You might even be told by HR that your accuser "didn't mean it" and to not be offended if they keep contacting you, like I was told. Run far away from Randa unless you are a card carrying member of the good old boys club. I am not the only one I know of who experienced harassment and gaslighting while at Randa. Constant fire drills and poor communication. Poor management of resources and a toxic culture of favoritism. The response to BLM and the racial justice movement was a joke. No POC in executive level positions while I worked there.
