- 401K match - Decent health plan & pre-tax commuter benefits - Summer Fridays - Management was very receptive to use of PTO/sick time if needed - Office sponsored activities were fun!

- Onboarding and initial training was not great, I often had to teach myself how to do certain activities or would ask a team member for help - Teams are quite cliquey and some feel unwelcoming - Top down communication is lacking, and instruction from different managers/teams was often conflicting - Micromanagement from upper management was frequent and very frustrating - Response to COVID-19 felt rushed (dramatic staffing cuts) and could have been done much more tactfully
