Lots of free time. Get to learn loads of tech in the telecom field. Very good base to make a future in the telecom/networking industry. Interaction with lot of technical companies like CISCO, Alcatel Lucent, JUNIPER
Kontras
6 days working in a work (and they make you work overtime), work is too slow, and low pay, no source of relaxment. Managers are dictators. And most imporatantly no transparency in the company. They don't feel a sense of responsibility towards the junior level managers in the company.
