They ask a lot of questions "to provide well suited candidates". They work extremely fast when delivering candidates - even when the quality is questionable.
Kontras
Their idea of following up means calling as much as 7 times in one day for the same exact reason. They will constantly "follow up" to the point of actually disrupting work. They expect answers given to them right away. This is unacceptable as we are all professionals. Harassing people is not the way to get their business.
