Great company culture, poor middle management - Account Executive bei Ramsey Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Came across a lot of poor “leaders” that I could tell were feeling the pressure from their business unit bosses. That led to a lot of uneccesary micro management and lack of flexibility. Challenging place to work if you have young kids due to this. Also, the pay in my department in particular was WAY below average for an AE type role.
