Good opportunity to learn industry tools and gain practical exposure in AI/ML projects. Team members were supportive on some tasks, and I gained experience working on real assignments and meeting deadlines.

The internship structure was unclear regarding long-term opportunities and performance expectations. After more than 4 months of sincere work and on-time task delivery, multiple interns were suddenly released before the paid/full-time phase. Communication regarding feedback, performance improvement, and future opportunities could have been more transparent and professional.
