Pros

I’ve had a great experience working here. The team is incredibly collaborative, and people are always willing to support each other to get things done. Leadership encourages open communication, and it really feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. The culture makes it easy to share ideas, learn from others, and grow professionally. Overall, it’s a positive environment where teamwork and collaboration truly stand out. 🙌🤝

Relatively easy on-boarding process and very attentive initially

The staff at Raise is hard to reach once you are placed with a client. I had some real concerns and needed to talk to my recruiter once I was placed at the client. She never returned my phone calls and her email always bounced back. When I managed to get someone on the phone by calling their main number, I was told she was out of the office but they could not tell me when she would return. I expressed some concerns about my assignment and I was told that the Account Manager at Raise would call me back. I never heard from anyone. I have now resigned
