It is good learning experience foo freshers. You will get full / admin / root access to all servers.
Kontras
Systems / IT Team management is very chip minded. All day only politics are happening there. People in team are always been targeted. Issues occurs in day to day works, local management takes it personally. Even you escalate it to higher manager or HR, it won't work out. The higher management seated in USA doesn't have any interest to look at what is happening in India office.
