1. Not much projects and bad upper management and sales teams. 2. The company was formed after merger of docmation, pixel media, gear crm. The people who made this happen the ceo, directors made this company to sell only now they are building some other company. 3. No vision the company is gettting tossed over investers as a liability due to poor IT contracts and sales 4. They always are below the margins on earning revenue 5. If you are new in IT are fresher please find other company as growth here is a fuzzy dream that would happen 6. Also if you’re experienced I have seen people removed after they join in few months as the company is sold out dependable on clients that axioms gives them. So the company is just rigged.
