lots of experience very quickly. Really, this is a fast-paced place where you are exposed to many technologies very fast and expected to master them all. If you don't have experience, this is the place to build it for a short period of time.

salary, recognition, fairness, very high stress, few opportunities, too much focus on being nice vs doing work. Too much management compared to the number of actual workers. This is a fast-paced environment and the stress builds quickly and seriously. You either have to figure out how to get away with not getting involved in work or get in, gather experience, and get out quickly.
