You don't need previous experience Great colleagues Hybrid working

Kontras

Constant burnout caused by the high employee turnover of people and a huge workload Salary increases are insufficient Lack of progression opportunities Office is not easily accessible. They offer a shuttle bus service which is not reliable (sometimes the bus has to leave people behind because there are no spaces for everybody)

Decent paying side job, flexible hours

Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
