Pros
I seriously loved working here and only bailed because I moved out of state and the role was inperson. The culture is the real deal and the company's biggest asset. The team is incredibly sharp, driven, and committed to integrity, but they somehow pull it off without the usual corporate BS. The pace is definitely fast, but it's focused, not chaotic. Leadership is excellent at communicating the 'why,' so when you're working hard, you feel motivated rather than just stressed. Everyone is committed to maintaining a healthy environment, you feel supported, respected, and like you're actually part of a team effort, which is rare in a high growth environment. I learned a ton and was constantly challenged.
Kontras
Since I left on great terms, my "cons" are less about the company and more about the nature of the job. This is a high-performing, demanding environment. If you're looking for a chill, 9-to-5 gig where you just coast, this isn't it. Expect to be busy and truly own your projects.
