It is great to hear about your positive experience and the relationships you’ve built here to foster that team environment. Thank you for supporting your fellow team members to succeed as well. Thank you for your feedback on the challenge you are experiencing in meeting the goals established (which are determined by RTR and our clients). We made a change to our bonus matrix once before but want to consider your comments here. We want that structure to enhance our staff’s motivation, not create a barrier to success.
