Not much of cons I can think about honestly. Maybe improve learning and development for staff?

It's great to hear that you're happy with the company! We agree that enhancing learning and development could take things to the next level. We pursue internal and external opportunities to help associates in their current roles or prepare them for a future role, perhaps addressing an area to improve or developing new skills. These situations are usually identified by the manager or associate. We’ll take the time in the next week or two to remind managers and discuss more often with them. Please reach out to the HR department to discuss ideas that you believe would be beneficial to incorporate into the training and development of our associates.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
