Politics, people will try to demotivate you, find faults so that they don't promote, favouritism, personal grudges of managers, people come with gutka, pan in their mouth to office, senior managers don't even know how to talk in English, no employee engagement activity, no culture- absolutely nothing, 6 days working, no leaves- 22 days a year! Overall it's a KANPURIA culture believe me! Their distributors are unhappy too, I have spoken with so many of them, they are just told to do RTGS, no meeting for them, no aim basically.
