Little emphasis on performance evaluation, with decisions often based on personal connections and loyalty rather than merit. The company's approach to "Breakthrough Thinking" lacks innovation, instead fostering a homogeneous work culture. Limited opportunities for free-thinking and expressing new ideas, with little interest from leadership. Issues with software and customer support remain unresolved, despite their impact on product quality. Limited room for growth if you are not AHA/Laerdal Benefits are crazy with a 10K family deductible. Pay is average - DO NOT EXPECT to make much more - there is a bonus structure, but early on they stopped paying out commission on sales. If you are a true salesperson this is not for you.
