Pros

I have been with RPM Living since April 2024, and I have never had so much support until I started working for them. In the beginning, it was crazy learning all the new programs and reports but you have so much support within the company that it doesn’t take long to feel comfortable. Not only do you get recognition for doing your best. Also, I love all my Regional and my Regional VP and all the other people above them as well as my coworkers. 😁

They’re almost too efficient. I sometimes feel like everything runs so smoothly that I worry I’m not contributing enough.

Pros

The company is very big on promoting from within and actively encourages internal growth. There is a wealth of information available through the various courses they offer, which allows you to gain a significant amount of industry knowledge if you are self-motivated.

Kontras

While the resources are there, the culture is very much "figure it out on your own." Leadership often points you toward the Knowledge Network rather than providing actual hands-on guidance or support. Additionally, there is a lack of transparency with clients; it often feels like you are "co-managing" rather than truly managing the asset because so much is withheld from the owners. It is also extremely difficult to move underperforming staff out, which creates a drag on the rest of the team.
