Hands on training, extremely supportive bosses, direct feedback, clear goals, positive work environment and a lot of room to grow to succeed. Honestly, I have never worked in such a positive working environment where I am aware that not only bosses but my peers want me to succeed. We thrive off each others energy and celebrate one another's success. One of the best things to happen to me this year - very grateful.
