Management SERIOUSLY lacks people skills who are incapable of leading let alone maintaining consultants long term. Small minded London office, staff do not talk to each other all day which explains why consultants come and go. No training opportunities for career or personal development. Management does not genuinely welcome ideas or suggestions other than their own. Tasks are repetitive, manual and brain numbing!!! Projects are "managed" without project plans or target end dates, processes are thought of as they go along, consultants are treated like children and not given enough credit for having more experience in the consulting and project management field than what is deserved. Career progression is only apparent to one member of staff who have worked for the London office for over 4 years and has more or less driven talented people out of the company. Very disappointing experience.
