1. Poor Senior Management 2. Too much politics 3. They still work on paper ( No work through mails hence no responsibility) 4. It took them 35 days to be precise to print my visiting cards 5. No HR policies in place 6. They only focus on government schools and hence the quality is low 7. No proper CRM in place (they have NPF but nobody works on it) 8. No Professionalism 9. No career growth
