Processes are in place, and the company is open to trying tools to make work easier. They have enabled a global working culture and everyone is open to meeting online and across the globes, highlighting a good transition to new ideas

Not profit-driven means salary can be quite stifled. This is not exactly a place to climb for success but to maintain and preserve an establishment that can continue running for people to learn in.
