NOT true PERM role - no project no pay
NO Reference for working in client
Low pay - Typhoon no pay
Limited leave - fewer than normal back office, proved that it is operational role
Bad hr and culture - they ignore your email, they only focus on their sales referral, even for the "manager" is same, they only care about client, worked for almost 1 year here, I haven't talked to or seen my manager for more than 10 times.
No OT pay - they say yes when hiring u, but "might"not be the same in reality
No PAID sick leave - if you don;t have insurance or proof
Complex Salary calculation - you even don't know why the salary is different each month
No team spirit - even working in same client, teammate from this firm won't talk to you even for one sentence, don't teach you, don't help you, I only have 2 days to have "handover" with who leaves
No career - title is "consultant", but work like agency contractor
No training, No chance to know others in the company, No clear internal manager which talks to you and see what you want, totally no carrer
Bad culture - no carrer, no team spirit. in one case, 8 people leave within 6 months.
BAD people - most of the teammates are abnormal - even all are analysts level, some are control freak who scold others and doesn't teach when you are new or old, totally no talking as per above - many with bad english, bad attitude, strange thinking - wonder why they can hire ppl like this
BAD career - they say u can change project and grow when hire u - that is not true, they can assign you to where they like, you are just contractor, don't expect to learn anything - in fact, after I get into the project for one week , I found out I need to leave, becoz the client is WORSE EVER COMPANY I have worked with, BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD CULTURE, BAD WORK, NO WORKING ORDER
BIG PRESSURE - the client I worked in, has meeting every morning, need to stand and being embarrassed by them - each week quite a few meetings to ask you to meet target - they work like cop - that s why all ppl want to leave
"NOT TRUE" CONSULTANT FIRM - not consultant, just contractor, only title is consultant, don't even think of it
