Senior developers are highly qualified and very helpfull. Access to internal and personnal trainings. Provide travellings experience for knowledge transfer and trainings.

In some projects there is a lot of micro management that make the work atmosphere insupportable. Non-existence of bonus to keep high motivation. Huge work load.
