Favoritism is big HR specifically is favored and very clearly under qualified Culture is gone but we sell it still as if it exists and are told to fill out surveys claiming it is still good but are not allowed to provide honest answers. There is no support for mid level management down. If you don’t drink the Kool Aid, you will be outcasted Discrimination is strong, they hype up women but there is a bully click starting from the top.
