Reporting consists of "we're working on it" and "it's not so bad". Sales creates quotes and proposals without consulting the marketing team to analyze client needs. This leads to misinformation, over promising, and sloppy marketing plans. Then falls into a constant loop of trying to upsell basic services while trying to avoid explaining why those weren't being delivered originally. Communication regarding client needs is often punished as a waste of time. Leading to an uncoordinated marketing effort. Taking a job here will lead to physical and mental stress and crush your spirit beyond your wildest dreams if you hold some standard of excellence. Also, don't expect to be salaried without working 50+ hours a week. Benefits? Direct deposit? Forget about it. Non-existent in this realm.
