You may be moved to days or nights on a whim. - Substandard gear that leaves guards unable to properly be protected. Usually lack proper equipment and mobile won’t deliver supplies months late. - Blatant favouritism to certain staff, while blocking others. I seen plenty of inappropriate comments towards female employees and LGBTQ+ members
