FYI YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING ERRORS YOU INCUR, so be very careful or you could be stuck with a multi-million dollar loss (RBC will give you a loan to pay the amount back) and out of a job. - Won't pay for any training except the most basic courses (CSC & CPH) - Managers (branch or senior) are nice people but don't care about the associates or admin, they just care about the advisors. - Technology is absolutely pathetic "new" lenovo computers that are as basic and cheap as you can find (and lock up and freeze all the time) with 15'' screens running XP and 2003 word....
