There is strong loyalty to staff who will "keep up the status quo" and act in accordance with the top-level staff and founder's at times chaotic beliefs. The internal culture will leave you feeling gaslighted, and raises aren't proportionate to work output or ethic or even held to a standard across the board re timings of delivery. If you don't fit, you'll be made to feel like you don't and squeezed out. Felt like high school all over again in my particular department, even though management was much more senior and should have handled requests with more professionalism.
