(Sure you can guess) Lack of Process: No HR department to speak of - (part time family member) and an unqualified receptionist who knows very little about HR. No processes or procedures followed No structure No appraisals or annual reviews No pay reviews No company profit share Backstabbing culture between management Blame culture No professional ethics No respect given No values Poor communication and Broken promises: Over Spending in every respect almost ran this company into the ground (check companies house - RACS Collective) 20 days Annual Leave per year

It is supporting new comers that have no enough knowledge & access for bublic services in England. It privovids advice, guidance , information and signpost activities for those who have know enough konowldge about the ins and outs of UK.
