That’s credit to the digital skillset that now exists at the RAC and how the division has integrated itself at the heart of the business to deliver value to its members. The RAC are a trade-centric organisation that are very reactive. This makes forward planning very difficult, and customers aren’t always at the heart of decisions. Career progression is limited and not transparent.
