Work hours were great as journalists would work seven hours a day, the atmosphere ate the news room was friendly.

The bosses lacked of management or leadership skills. The content was pretty bad taste, covering crimes etc. No space to talk about being promoted or getting a raise. In spite of working seven hours a day, it was mandatory to work at least two saturdays and sundays per month, sometimes with no day off during the next week.
