Completely different job scopes from the ones written in the offer letter. Really, how hard is it to abide by what's written in the contract? 3. Low salary increment + benefits 4. "Trainings" given aren't actually hands-on trainings, more like presentations. Then, they expect you to do the hands-on tasks independently without guidance at all as if you had prior experience in using their system.
