Pros
Walked into this company from day one and enjoyed every minute. The managers train everyone in a small group or one on one (depending on hiring class for each branch) and are able to go in depth with the system and what is expected of each employee. You are put into teams and given responsibilities right away. No one really holds your hand and tells you what to do. Each employee is given the tools to be successful, it is up to him or her to work hard and make a name. With hard work and dedication you could be running your own accounts, team, or branch quickly Everyone in the company are there to help. It is a young group who have a competitive drive. Whether you are competing within your office or against other offices it makes the day go by quickly and times fly when you are having fun.
