The fact that I was hired on as a Customer Service/ front counter rep/ Paver Sales Coordinator Trainee & was told that training for the last capacity would require 6 to 8 months before receiving a writeup after 6 weeks which stated that I should have taken over the Paver Sales Coordinator position within those 6 weeks. I did make some tabulation errors on their archaic system using carbon paper tickets and calculators for all sales. I witnessed my Manager there do the same thing and have a customer catch it. Other than that, although I was always self motivated and always looking to do the best job possible, the Manager obviously sent the Corporate HR department false information as to my work ethic and initiative.
