Pros
-Office is nice and good location downtown
-Somewhat flexible start and end times
-A few real and kind people
-Never really have to work overtime
-Company parties every now and then can be fun
Kontras
-A handful of immature and toxic managers/sales people hold all the power. They've ingratiated themselves with leadership and painted everyone else as incompetent (including senior employees with decades of experience more than them)
-A lot of behind-the-scenes trash-talking about employees without direct confrontation. Think the worst kind of telephone game. You get the cold shoulder out of the out of the blue, or are called into a meeting with a one-sided story about something you did
-Leadership once threatened to implement a no-phone policy because of alleged excessive phone use in the office as well as put cameras in the kitchen because some people weren't cleaning up after themselves
-Management is distrusting of employees, treats them like children. No one low on the totem pole can ever work remotely
-Managers are critical of work for the sake of being critical
-The turnover rate is very high. It's about 7 people who have been there since the beginning and everyone else leaves every 1-2 years
-Pay is pretty low
-Environment is "open" (no cubicles) and not conducive to work
-Leadership presents itself as very open to feedback, but the feedback is almost never implemented and usually just gets you put on blast
