Older employees remaining from the previous company are efficient, skilled, and a joy to work with. Communication with them is clear and reciprocal.

With Marzilli came organized chaos and inefficiency as well as a toxic workplace. Many veterans are being pushed out by new management who shows nothing but disrespect. Gaslighting and lies are daily events. There’s a lot of rules now in place that have little logical bearing and actually make for an unsafe work place at times.
