A few talented colleagues who try to make the best of a bad situation Industry name recognition

Extremely high turnover in the finance department — people leave or are pushed out constantly. Complete lack of leadership and direction from senior management. No investment in systems, leading to constant manual work, errors, and stress. Weak internal controls, creating serious operational risk. Toxic culture fueled by stress, finger-pointing, and bad behaviours. HR either powerless or unwilling to address issues. Very poor morale and widespread burnout

We consider all feedback and while we do not respond to every post, we are responding to this one given the comments made about the alleged weak controls, operational risk and poor culture. We do not recognize these criticisms as valid. The firm has made substantial investments in its technology platforms, and reinforced operational and risk processes in recent years. We take matters regarding culture and work environment seriously and do not agree with the comments made. The firm has a supportive and collaborative culture, and as a result staff turnover is low.
