Management has no network and is clueless how to bring in business. Creative leadership is too old school and one dimensional, Most sg-based businesses don't care if their agency is award-winning. Think about all the money to pay the management when agency is already struggling. Bleeding when a lot of their job functions are unneccesary for an agency so small now.
