I really enjoy the people I work with. There are a ton of opportunities to solve fun issues, and bring value.

Pros

Good pay and company paid benefits but leadership/owners do not know what they are doing with a software company.

Kontras

Software had been stagnant for many years and needs updating. Unexpected layoffs and reorganization. Realized their mistakes in letting go of the employees that kept everything running and tried to get some employees back. Poor decision making.
