Executives are incapable of setting strategy or hiring experienced people for the right roles. Cross region collaboration does not work and bullying and toxicity is common place and an expected part of culture. HR executives will advise that the anonymous employee survey means nothing and as a result no actions occur and feedback on bullying and a lack of respect is scoffed at. Exec leadership is fully aware of issues due to escalations over long periods of time, however action is slow if anything ever done. The way execs flip flop when something doesn’t go their way is entertaining.
